Details

Seek-positions a video to an relative time, in milliseconds (without altering its play mode, i.e. if it was playing, it will continue playing from the new point; if it was stopped/paused, it will remain stopped but when you play it, it will resume from the new point).

Negative times seek backwards; positive times seek forwards.

Resulting absolute times are truncated to the start or end of the video.
